Ferguson "Petit Gris"1/24

Ferguson-Brown produced the Ferguson-Brown Model A tractor, incorporating a three-point hydraulic trailer hitch of in-house design. Of the 1,356 tractors produced, 400 were sold in Scandinavia. The early tractors were equipped with the Coventry Climax Model E engine, a descendant of the American Hercules engine fitted to the prototype "Black Tractor." Subsequently, engine production was taken over by David Brown Ltd., which added several improvements, such as a better sump, as some of the early tractors suffered from oil leaks on the ribs. These leaks were reduced when the engine was changed from the Coventry Climax to the David Brown, starting with tractors serial numbers 525 to 528. Harry Ferguson surmised that the tractor hitch would be key to a better plow and designed a simple attachment for it.
